1. Shipping Policy

• 🚚 Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• 📦 Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on the location.

• 🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

• COD is not applicable for orders above ₹3000.

• COD is not available for customized printed jerseys (prepaid orders only).

• 📍 Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

2. Return Policy

• ✅ Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard (non-customized) products in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags intact.

• ❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized printed jerseys (as they are made-to-order).

• Used, washed, or damaged items due to customer mishandling.

• Any product without original tags or packaging.

• 🔄 Exchange: We offer easy exchange process, just inform us by what's app or email.

3. Refund Policy

• 💰 Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• 🚫 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

• 🔄 Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• ❌ COD Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (bank details will be required).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
