Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping Across India: We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India.

• Manufacturing Time: As all our jerseys are custom-made, we require up to 5 days for production.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes 3 to 5 additional days, depending on the location.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking link via email or WhatsApp for easy tracking.

Return & Refund Policy

As all our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

1. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please follow these steps for a hassle-free resolution:

• Unboxing Video Required: To process any claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for proof.

• Report Issue Within 24 Hours: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and video proof.

• Replacement Process: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the incorrect or damaged item.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

• Since each product is customized as per your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or design dissatisfaction.

• Refunds will only be processed in cases where a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability.
